Welcome Home Program

2024 Welcome Home Program opens March 1, 2024

A down payment assistance program for eligible home buyers!                  

• Up to $20,000 in grant funds to eligible home buyers.
• Up to $25,000 in grant funds to honorably discharged veterans, or active duty military.
• Funds may be used for down payment*, closing cost, and/or prepaid cost.
• Borrower must have $500 of their own funds toward out-of-pocket fees.
• Borrower cannot get cashback at closing.
• If you're a first-time home buyer, home buyer counseling is required. 
• Program not intended for properties requiring significant repairs. 
• Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Income limits apply.
